All building structures: floors, walls, ceilings, windows, doors, roofing - comply with the State street standards of Ukraine В.2.6-31: 2016 - “Thermal insulation of buildings”. Only certified products of companies are used as heat insulation material ISOVER, ROCKWOOL, STEICO.

To prevent the penetration of vaporous moisture into the insulation from the inside of the insulation, polyethylene roll material of primary production is used. Perhaps the use of films such as DELTA-LUXX complete with DELTA-VENTN.

In manufacturing, we use only certified materials from the best manufacturers: ISOVER, ROCKWOOL, STEICO, Knauf, Fermacell, DELTA, Metal kit, etc. There is top wood for the production of furniture.

All houses meet the European standard EN 717-1 class M1 (extremely little or no volatile matter is emitted) and EN 13986 class E1 for emission (emission of harmful substances) for OSB. Also at our plant in order to reduce emissions in the room, OSB plates are stored at the plant for 12 months until they are used. That ensures a 50% reduction in indoor emissions in the future.

The tightness of the joints is ensured by the use of high-quality equipment of the German company Weinmann, together with the licensed software complex SEMA. Also, each joint of walls and ceilings are compacted with polyethylene cord and jute fiber, respectively.

For mounting walls, ceilings, roofing used screws SPAX, DMX. To reduce the prevention of the appearance of a gap between the layers of structures for drywall and OSB, brackets are used.

First of all, wood of the corresponding class is necessary for the production of high-quality wood products. In connection with the observance of the high quality standard adopted at «Rapid» Factory LLC, the wood is sorted directly at the plant. Also, all stages, from the sorting of wood to the loading of structures onto panel trucks, are monitored directly at the plant. Installation of buildings takes place with the participation of field supervision.
